Complementary Consultation

If you are unsure of which direction you want to go with your healthcare choices, you may schedule a free 15 minute consultation with Dr. Feldman, who will tell you what he thinks he can, or cannot do for you. He may also suggest other avenues of care, as his agenda is first and foremost for you to get the best care possible.

Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

History and Examination

In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-ray Studies

X-rays are not generally required for us to be able to help you, however, your safety and maximal progress our our concern, and therefore your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Same Day Treatment

Once finished with the examination and all appropriate studies, Dr. Feldman will provide you with their first treatment during this same visit. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies. The doctor carefully explains each procedure and works with a variety of techniques aimed to effectively meet the needs of your body and temperment.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

Paying for your visit, and average costs

Payment is due for your visit at the completion of each visit, unless we are billing your insurance company. Our rates are usual and customary for this area. We offer a prompt pay discount, and the thoroughness of our approach makes each visit very cost effective. The initial visit, which includes a consultation, careful history of your complaint(s), examination, and adjustment, when paid at the completion of the visit, can range between $100 and $165, but often average out to $130 A Medicare discount is available. X-rays, of course, may add an additional charge, but are not always necessary. Follow up visits with a prompt pay discount can range from $63 and up, with an option for even further reduced rates for maintenance Wellness care once your condition has stabilized!

Schedule Your Next Appointment

You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit. Generally speaking, patients are seen again within the week and are provided with a complete review of findings. Treatment options for your condition will also be discussed during this time.
